• for each section (Speaking, Listening, Reading & Writing) understand the question types and the specific tasks used for that part of the test​

• take practice tests

Create a plan and a timeline:​

• set a target date for taking the TOEFL test​

• outline steps you need to take to get prepared

• take classes to build your confidence

Work on your fluency and comprehension

• build your vocabulary​

• practice listening by watching videos, newscasts, movies, or listening to podcasts

• read different types of texts (newspaper articles, blogs, textbooks, novels, etc.
